Evening Everyone, Can Anybody Shed Some Light On My Stomach Pain?

I took two Ibroprohen on Friday for back pain, none since, but I am having like hunger gurgling under my left breast followed my a spasm like sharp pain, its coming on going over the last couple of days, I have taken pennies, Tums raintitide, but nothing stops it? Okay what I want to. Know is what could it be? Thankyou

Are you thinking that the Ibuprofen has irritated your stomach lining ?

It might...or it might not have done.

Don't drink alcohol, stop smoking (if you smoke) avoid spicey foods and continue with the Ranitidine twice daily.

monitor the situation for the next 48 hours.

it might be worth trying motilium to sort the symptoms, as they sound similar to some of what i get with IBS

Thanks sqad and Wolfgang, was thinking it was the ibuprofen, that has upset, will continue with the Ranitidine, and see how it goes, just worried me a little as I have a cast iron stomach, never bothered with pains/ sick etc.

ranitidine slows acid production, motilium eases gut spasm.
