I am a member of match and more, but the site doesn't tell me what products have extra points and I don't have a mobile phone

During the transition from the old card/system I had over 4000 points gained by petrol purchase. When the changeover happened my petrol receipt showed 270 points after buying petrol.
There is no way I had bought over 700 ltrs of petrol with in the period which was 7 days.
I queried it but was told i must have reached and received my £5 voucher.Which I had not.
I think the new match and more is a big con. You have to spend £15 before you get any benefit. How do you match Aldis and Lidls beans for instance when they have their own brand.
Its been proven that even their petrol points are one of the worst loyalty as they only give something like 0.017p per ltr.
I only collect them as its the nearest filling station to me.

I went into Morrison's two weeks before Christmas and bought a Hovis . On the shelf it said 100 points. When I looked at my receipt they were not added. I went along to Customer Services after checking my receipt on my way out of the store and was told that sometimes it can take up to a fortnight for them to go on. I am still waiting. Is this a con !
