Just discovered that my daughter-in-law has put two (rather expensive) handbags that I bought for her last year on Ebay. Not sure how I feel about this? What do you think?

I've come to the conclusion, mrsc, that some people rate themselves by the presents they give and receive. I have a friend who had the same reaction, she was mortified to be "off the present list" - nevertheless, we've implemented it, people just get nice cards now.

I don't send presents either.
