It seems awfully serious on here today so I thought that I would post this.

If you are a knitter this is the 'must have' book. You can while away the rest of the cold winter evenings knitting away to your hearts content.

Maybe you could sell the results at a car boot sale.

authoress Trixie Von Purl :-)

That looks brilliant!
I would hesitate to buy it as I am a very basic knitter and would worry it was too complicated for me
No, I don't wolfie. I did as a girl at school but now ? nooo, I wouldn't even know how to cast on. I notice on the news this morning that the IFAW are looking for knitters to knit little gloves/bootees for koalas that had their paws badly burnt in forest fires.
I don't know my left from my right so knitting is a massive challenge for me.

To describe my knitting ability as missionary would be doing a disservice to the Karma Sutra :-(
Now this would be a change from the teddy bears I'm knitting at the moment!

I am glad that I am not the only one who can't knit. I started making a scarf once, but there was something wrong with the wool and it looked odd. I binned it.
I tried a scarf once. It just went on and on. I didn't know how to stop! It ended up looking like the one worn by Tom Baker in Dr Who
Oh my hat!!!! That puts my pigs, bats and hedgehogs in the shade.....

He has a very contented smile on his face.....☺
"Can you knit?"

No, I can knot...
Oh LiK .... !
I'm quite taken with this as a new project- am saddened their are no customer reviews as yet.

Like this excerpt...

//To add an extra element of fun, each project is also given a different setting—in addition to the bedroom, readers can choose to place their amorous couple in the back row at the movies, before the fire in a cosy log cabin, in the hot tub, or even make them members of the ‘mile high’ club!//

Sounds fun

Mamya, would they not shrink in the hot tub?
Well Maj, knotting will come in useful when doing the twiddly bits I'm sure.
I recently found a tiny part- knitted jumper I was making for my youngest toddler. He is now 6'3".
Not with a good acrylic yarn ,no.
I knit toys for my relatives, I don't think they'd appreciate these ones, especially my (4,5,6,6 year old) grandchildren. :)
I am quite a good knitter [ not nutter]but I think I will pass on this one.
Oh Wolf, Please, PLEASE buy this so that you can leave the first comedy Amazon review for it!! ;-)

Yep I can knit, but have no patience for it!
Yes, I can but I have to be in the mood. Consequently, I have a jumper on the go that last saw the light of day, three years ago. I get my knitting basket and take out the pattern, read the instructions and think.....'Maybe tomorrow.' I hope the jumper still fits when I finally finish it in several years time.
Sounds hilarious!
