Being Poached
Is 10 / 11 months too soon to move on? It'll be my third company in only 4 years (although my first job was 3 years).
Any advice welcome folks. Thanks

It's your life and your career you are talking about and you must grasp, with both hands, any oportunity that presents itself. I was looking at a copy of my own CV recently (a dusty old tome) and before starting my own company I had had 12 jobs. With the exception of my last period as an employee, none of the jobs I had lasted more than 2 years, and in one 18 month period I had three changes.
I was chasing my particular dream and in the end my only thought was for me! It sounds selfish and disloyal but bear in mind when a company is looking to cut costs, senior managers don't have any loyalty towards the employees.
Go for it. You may never get a better oportunity.
