Laptop Problem

When I start my Toshiba laptop I keep getting the error message "Toshiba Service Station has stopped working. Windows is trying to fix this problem"
It sometimes takes 10 minutes or more to do this. Sometimes I just have to shut it down and restart.
Does anyone know what the problem is ?

What Operating System are you using?
I suggest you disable Toshiba Service Station from the start up menu.
