Deal Or No Deal
I used to find this programme so simple.
However I only catch it occasionally, and now I can't follow what's going on.
Am I alone?

I used to watch it every day for years but, after going to watch it live, I suddenly got bored of it. I put it on the other day as I couldn't find anything to watch and like you didn't have a clue what was going on.

What is the confusion ? It's basically just a case of how long the player can hold their nerve before they break and grab the undervalued offer. They do tend to tart it up with extra bits to try to keep it interesting. Maybe that's what is throwing you ? Not that I've seen it for months now. Maybe if I did I'd know what you meant.
Not really barny. It takes no skill to decide the offer is good enough for you and opting out. One can not tell the future, so one can not use skill to know when to fold in a particular game for a best result. For players in general, the banker would have paid out the most to them as a group if everyone kept on to the end and opened their own box. But that still means some being unlucky and coming away with little.
Amazes me how many deal on the advice of their partner and then regret it when they could have won more. You go there with nothing so why not play till the end and see what you would have won. I hate how they take so long deciding which box to open because its all random. I would start at one end and open every box in order.
