I have a job interview in the morning for which I have to give a short presentation, and not to put it too mildly, I'm absolutely bricking it!
All weekend I've been experiencing the physical effects of stress - my face goes numb, I feel a tightening in the throat area, and I just can't think straight. If I'm like this now, what am I going to be like at the interview?
What can I do just before and during the interview to try to stay calm, help me to function normally, and stop my mind from going blank when they ask me a question?

You need to focus on what you are there for and make sure you know your stuff, because if you do not, firstly you don't deserve to be there and secondly it will show out and you won't get the post anyway.
So give yourself the best possible launch.
Iv'e been on the selecting side many times and they will not be nervous but simply waiting for someone, anyone to stand out and shine. That can be you but be prepared and mug up on whatever it is that you are trying to got on board with.
Clear your head and fill it with what matters - stay focussed and good luck.
