Agricultural Land Values

Some years ago I found online a breakdown of prices of agricultural land sales, by county.
Now it is hiding from me, it's not on the land registry site.
I need to know the value of agricultural land in Cheshire for a probate form - it was jointly owned so it doesn't even matter, but I have to fill it in.
Grrr.... I'm going round in circles.

A simple phone call to the local branch of Savills will probably get you the figure you need. Try calling their Wilmslow branch and asking for Mark Holden (who deals in agricultural properties and land): 01625 417 450

Otherwise it's probably the Savill's website that you're seeking anyway. Check out these links:

Thanks. I've been googling (with help from Peter Pedant over in the Law category), and found various bits of historical data.
Then thought of a local Agent and downloaded their newsletter.

One step taken, a thousand miles to go.
