It doesn't prevail, though, phleb, and a lot of auctions start at 99p irrespective of what the final price is. If a person buys it then finds it's not the real thing, they can kick up merry hell with eBay and get you into trouble as a seller. Although you say no returns, if it's not fit for purpose they'll still be entitled to a refund if they are buying what they see in the pic, and it isn't that when it arrives. Personally, I wouldn't take the risk. I value my eBay rating too much to compromise it by selling copies.
