Are Marks And Spencer In Trouble?
42 Answers
At Christmas I never used them for presents. I very rarely use them for clothes. We have used them for sending flowers but were disappointed by their service.
The only time we use them nowadays is for their food.
I would hate to see them going out of business but feel they are not the company they used to be.

I prefer Waitrose for that now too. Like you. I would hate to see M & S disappear but I feel they lost their way quite a long time ago and just cannot get back into the market again, no matter how much they try with silly ad campaigns.
I'm an "old people" but I would touch old people clothes with a barge pole. I want to be a stylish granny not a boring one.
Another thing that hit me was once when I went into M&S in the winter, all the colours were so dark and dreary and it made me wonder why they give us only these colours to match the weather. Why don't we get brighter colours that make us look more alive and give us more colour in our pale faces?
