i live just outside preston lancs. today game of thrones 4 came out. i was given a gift card so off i trotted into the city by bus £4.40 there and back, twice as much as i expected. when i got there i was stunned; so many people determined to get in the way, 2 out of 3 people smoking it was like being in an ashtray. i promise that i will be using the internet from now on!
first time in Preston for 5 years, i think it will be my last!!!

The smoking would get me as well magpie !

Have you noticed how smokers are now so visible these days ? It used to be that if you avoided most pubs and most cheap cafes, you could comfortably hardly ever see the smokers. But now, with the ban on smoking in enclosed spaces, they are everywhere !

Could you not have used your Gift Card on the Internet, magpie? I would have done. I hate the faff of shopping in the city. Newcastle upon Tyne, in my case.
