is there a web site that call tell you if and where a tv program film etc was made i.e in your village or home town???just wondering

Try http://www.fatbadgers.co.uk/Britain/tv.htm though this site sometimes puts a <p> at the end of an URL which you might have to remove.

There's also http://www.famouslocations.com/ and do a search for your town in the 'search' box on the left.
