Indeed it is not predjudice to call someone a Rasta, neither is it an insult, and I do not think that it is.
However, it is ignorant to call someone a Rasta when they are not one - it infers that you think any black person is a Rastafarian - as you appear to do when you refer to the gentleman in the clip as a Rasta, when he clearly is not one.
So when it comes to ignorance and predjudices, you have to be careful of what you speak.
Rastafarianism is a faith, not an ethnic group.
