For anyone looking for a highly recommended honey mustard sauce..
2tsp cornflour
Half cup chicken stock (I used a knorr jelly thing)
2 tbspns peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
4 tsps lime juice (I use the bottled stuff)
1 tbspn Dijon mustard (I only had whole grain so used that)
1 tbspn honey
2 tsps soya sauce (mine was low salt)
2 tsps oil (I used rapeseed)
Quarter tsp Tabasco
Eighth tsp cayenne
Whizz it all up. Fry meat & remove from pan. Fry veg. Add meat, stir in sauce, bring to boil & cook for 1-2 mins till thickened.
One of the tastiest stir fry sauces I've ever tasted :)
