I'm sorry guys but it is true. On my way to the supermarket today I went straight through the red light just my luck there was a police car waiting to catch any naughty drivers. They pulled me over so I started to pretend to cry.They let me go without a warning. RESULT! Similar things have happened to me so many times that I have to say MEN ARE STUPID!

I wonder how you would have felt if that red light was there to let pedestrians cross the road... maybe a child who has always been told NEVER to take a chance and always wait for the green man! Some green man that would have been!!

Maybe - just maybe, that police officer was alone and couldn't do anything about it, Maybe he thought you were being honest and a possibility that you had made a mistake - one you would go home and feel guilty about for several days... maybe he didn't realise just how stupid you are.

I'm a girl but I find what you've done outrageous, yer we've probabaly all cried at some point to get our own way. But probably when I was 5! But what I'm disgusted at is the bragging after admitting you went through a red light. everybody is right you could have killed someone. We have traffic lights for a reason. So instead of using your eyes to get you off things use them for what they're for and actually open them and look while on the road. You have only made women look stupid.

I find your post appalling. Not only are you admitting that you ran a red light and feel no guilt for what may have happened to any third party who couldve been involved, but you are using it as an excuse to call all men stupid.

For the record Im female and have just seen you prove that sadly there are some stupid women out there.

i have a teenager and a toddler. I find it very important that the drivers who come along our main road stop on the red light! God help my sons when they don't. Unfortunately, too many do go through them. I now never cross until all cars have actually stopped.I can't be with my teenager all the time though and just pray that he follows my instructions. i think you posted this slightly tongue in cheek but it was a silly thing to do. Lives are ar risk because of inconsiderate drivers. I don't drive myself but you have made the female of the species look silly and futile. I think you are the exception to the rule not the norm! I can imagine you driving off laughing to yourself. grow up!

I agree you should live your life to the max and add an element of danger but there IS such a thing as an appropriate time and place.

Personally, If I had been the copper, I would have given you a harsher penalty for being a ****. But fair play for getting away with it. You should really try and stop at red lights though, and pelican crossings. They are there for a reason!
