When my brother in law went back to work after a few weeks off...he used to record 'A country practice' just to see the wombat, lol! He thought he was the best actor in the show...

"Fatso" was the best actor, and the worst paid.
Some of your Australian dramas are quite good. Flying doctors, Young doctors, Sons and daughters, The Sullivans...I used to watch them all!

That's nice to hear Cupid, but, I haven't watched any.
Mrs Oz watches a few, I'd prefer a nature or travel documentary,,,,or,,,,believe it or not,,,,sport!
Most of those I mention were back in the 80's.

I do recall them all, do you get Home and Away there, Mrs Oz can't live without a "regular fix", It's been going since I can remember.
There are some others that don't come to mind at the moment that may come your way one day.
I used to watch Home and away and neighbours...but got bored..

There used to be a good drama about rescue. Can't remember the title though. You've done a few good police shows in the past but I can't recall titles...it's me age you know...

There was one called (err) Police Rescue, it had Garry Sweet in the main role.
There was a similar one but it involved Water Police, think it may have been called "Water Rats". Then there was the one about Firemen (and ladies) can't recall the name.
I'm not a fan of "soapies" myself, although some "mini series" are quite good.
I suppose you're bats about cricket ;-)

That was on every afternoon when we got home from school, I can still hear the theme tune now, we wasn't allowed to speak until that program finished

You had a baaaad childhood Panky, I'm feeling for you now.

The only cricket I'll watch is the "Twenty Twenty" slog fest Cupes.

I've never played the game myself but have been the President of our local club for 5 years now. Two of my sons wanted to play, I guess someone had to grab the reins.
One of the baddies from Sons and daughters went on to do 'weakest link' Australia version.
