Hi vakayu, sorry i have not been in contact, had a bit of a fall, i slipped while washing the car, i went to the local carwash and slipped on washing foam, i landed on my tail bone took me a wee while to get up onto my feet, i then sat in the car for about 15 minutes as felt a bit dizzy, then drove home i must have jarred my ribs on the left side damned sore, anyway taken some pain killers i am sure i will be fine soon enough, hopefully speak soon xx

Thanks lie-in king, hopefully it will not be too long before it heals, i seem to got from one illness to another, must an age thing.

yep - you may have bruising or cracked a rib...at least I would say get it checked out if it is still really sore tomorrow.

Hi Billy so sorry I missed you,I am sorry to hear about your fall,I had the feeling there must be something wrong,unfortunately there was.I know you are not keen on taking painkillers but sometimes they are a necessity.As has been said I would go and have it checked out by a doctor asap in case you have done any irreparable damage,it is not worth taking any risks,if you feel up to it,hope to catch you soon take care. xx
