is there any agencies out there that recruits staff for cruise ships,the only sites that say there is work are after ���� with no promise of employment

If you look on any of the cruise ship web sites they usualy have a recruitment/employment section.

I have a friend who works as a Stage Manager with Seabourne and loves it, but try as many as you can until you get a start, once in the industry there ar lots of chances to switch to other ships/employers as most people are employed on short term contracts and other company's actively recruit from each other.
