At The End Of My Tether With The Neighbour
Parking his estate car and work vehicle on the verge outside my house! just phoned council and there is nothing they can do, so rang 101 and the said they would investigate, but again not really much that can be done!
I'm sick of it, i cannot pull out of my drive struggling to see oncoming cars, we are on a corner of a main road, which goes downhill. It's dangerous reversing out onto the road with Polly and the other two in the back of the car.
I have asked him to please not park there, and he has shrugged his shoulders and walked off. The verge is a mess, muddy and holes everywhere, car tyre track marks, grass has gone.
There is no disc on the works vehicle to see the trade number etc, he probably puts in his dash so no one sees it and complains.
What shall i do?

Yes the grass outside my place is a mud hole too, but that's because the roads are not built wide enough. We who have drives need the space in front of the gates lined sufficiently wide either side to ensure safe (or even possible) exit. At least in my case avoiding hitting the parked cars is more the issue than traffic going by.
Talking about Muck on the road brought off by the Neighbour, If I have this right regards safety, if the Muck with rain causes an accident ( Causes someone to skid) the offender can get done, this has been done against Farmers travelling from field to field & leaving Shi t on the road. I would also seek advice on obstructing your visibility as you exit.
