Saw this repeat today, the kids are usually very sweet and polite but lovely Nicky Byrne's boys Jay and Rocco were just so vacant and miserable, all the way through, and no thank you when they received their prize at the end. Spoilt methinks.

The program itself lacks something. It's not as entertaining as it used to be.
Maybe they were bored.

I also noticed that. The two boys just didn't seem interested.
Maybe Nicky told them to be on their best behaviour or he'll put them up for adoption.
They should have said thank you for the prizes - basic manners.
