Hello everyone can you help?
Our daughter and son-in-law finally go to court on March 31st to adopt their son. Mr M and I would like to buy them a keepsake but what!
I've seen a little verse that I like "The journey of many hearts now beat as one" but I can't find it on a keepsake of any kind except on American sites.
Any other ideas would be gratefully received. I'm really struggling.
I'd also like to make the day special for them, I'm stuck for ideas.
oh, I have been looking for you, :) final hearing I'm assuming ? fabulous news, good luck and best wishes to you all, and you masma so deserve the happiness your grandson will bring x, I hope someone gives you some good ideas.x

Hi Anne - yes final hearing and everything is crossed that nothing goes wrong to hold it up. They've had him 6 months now and he's a treasure.
Bednobs - I did look at the pebbles earlier but would like something a bit more 'special'
Etsy do things like this mamsa....does ebay not make something?
I like the saying something like didnt grow under my heart but IN it....
Amazing thing to do...wishinh you all the very best...we have just had a little girl added to my family of late (not me personally...a cousin) its brilliant xxx
Whatever you buy for the wee lad, be sure to buy a newspaper from the day of his official adoption. Keep it safely rolled up in dark paper and in years to come he will be able to find out what was going on in the world on this very special day.
masma, write each of them a letter on nice posh paper. tell them what is in your heart on the day of adoption, and maybe a piece of music or a song for each of them/or all of them. priceless, and can be kept forever .
Sorry I haven't replied to you all pc has been in the pc clinic, it's still not well and has to go back next week!
Maggibee - that's a brilliant idea, I'll definitely do that.
Anne - good idea's there too I'll get my thinking cap on.
Thank you again all.
