I thought Indian Summers was total carp and a waste of the huge fees they must have paid the actors.

Give up on Indian Summers after 3 episodes hadn't a clue what was going on and as I have said on previous post Julie Walters still Mrs Overall to me! Now giving Poldark a go!!

With fear of repeating myself from last Sunday I really am at a loss as to what is going on in this series. People opening boxes and finding medals?
Who's medals? People opening envelopes and reading contents. Who's letter and who is reading it.?
I really have a great interest in India and the times of the Raj era but I am always left in a fog after every episode.Some of my relatives were out in India about this period in our history.

Sorry to say it was a huge disappointment - gave up after one episode! Good job as Poldark is now on at the same time!

I am enjoying it, I tend to like anything set in India though. It's interesting that the Indian women are taking such a prominent role in the fight for Independence, I'm not too sure have true that would have been.

I am enjoying it, and anyone who says they do not know what is going on, is obviously not watching properly. A bit like my mum, who plays on her iPad and looks up every 5 minutes saying 'what happened there?' 'Where did he come from?'
It was quite clear what the letter was and why it was in a box of medals!

I also have given up on it,two weeks ago..Can understand Poldark a lot better.
