Personally I'd still go - Norman doesn't sound like he has a very good sense of perspective.
I don't know about you but I still go to London after last years bombings - I think you're more likely to be at risk from the food!
But if you really must pull out, look at the terms of your travel insurance, some only allow a complete refund if government travel advice changes to advise against travel to a country or region.

My view is based on Egypt getting 6.4 Million visitors a year.
I don't think I'd cancel my holiday based on odds of 100,000 to one against being killed by terrorists.

I work for a US company that a flew a load of us in to Spain on seperate planes - company policy.
Then they put us all in the same coach and drove us along a Spanish Motorway for 2 hours
Go figure!
