I cant find it on itunes either. seems loadsa people have sung the same song, but i couldnt find this particular version! never mind, it'll be one of those songs i just cant get hold of. If sky one has any business sense theyll release a cd with all the songs they used on their programme to make more money. Alas i know they wont!
From Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don't_Let_Me_Be_M isunderstood):
Other versions- a version by Joe Cocker played over the ending credits of the 2004 film Layer Cake. Other artists who have covered the song include The Moody Blues, Elvis Costello, Cyndi Lauper, Place of Skulls, Uthanda, John Legend, No Mercy, Alabina (retitled "Lolole"), Gary Moore, Robben Ford, OffBeat, and New Buffalo.
Yusuf Islam, formerly known as Cat Stevens, features this song with some lyrics changed on his album titled An Other Cup, released in November 2006.
Rapper Common's song "Misunderstood" sampled Nina Simone's original version of "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood". The song is featured on his 2007 album Finding Forever. The song was also sampled for Lil' Wayne's 2008 album, Tha Carter III.
I'd check out some of these, particularly Lil Wayne ( twenty seconds in on this youtube clip.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJQeRjCy4D8) and Rapper Common.
