Judgement
Three judges sacked and another resigned for watching porn.Do they not realise that their IT accounts are monitored, is it any wonder that so many high profile people's cases (Cyril Smith?) are dropped?

For such 'learned' people it does beggars belief that they did not get the accounts would be monitored. Clearly they don't understand IT and are certainly therefore not fit to judge IT cases.

// Researching porn. Didn't that bloke from the Who(Townsend) use that one?//
Ah that was in the good old days YMF where the police could beat the table and shout - " ya did this intentionally ! ya cant just slip onto these sites by mistake. ya dirty ratten rat fink ! " when the Police were aware that... in fact you could ( slip onto the sites unintentionally).
That the Police were saying that defence could not possibly be true when they knew... it could be true. oops. No no surely not. Police lying ? unthinkable
So there were a spate of appeals and acquittals later on
but Pete Townsend had pleaded guilty.... ( big difficulties about appealing if you have previously pleaded guilty )
That I think was Operation Ore and Operation Candyman
Pete Townsend was 'trapped' by a computer in the US. It was later admitted that the data which was on the computer at its arrest was not the same data to be found on it after a few months in custody.
What does that mean - names got off and other names got on ?
we dont know: all that was said was that the data at reception it was agreed was not the data on the machine after a few months
Cue another load of acquittals
and Pete T sort of got caught in the cross-fire.....

As a civil servant I can confirm the following sites are blocked - facebook, ebay, youtube and any video links and any 'sponsored' links on google. Sorry to disappoint the Towers but AB is OK. However most places have a free standing adsl machine or similar where you can get onto anything. I have judged these judges as pretty disgraceful for watching porn at work.
