How are we all on what seems to be a relatively lovely spring afternoon. I'm not too bad thinking about settling down for an hour with yet another book, before I make a start on tea.
Still a work in progress, Queenie.....embroidering the numbers now... just reached 47......if I get to 100 and there are two squares left you'll hear me screaming....I did spot in time that I had followed 35 with 46.......☺...x
Hi queenie, short trip out here with the mater to post a cheque and then onto a new tearoom, owned by someone I know, Cornwall's best cake maker, and a wee trip up to Crantock and out to West Pentire, beautiful as it was.
Dinner now on the go, well the pork is in the oven....
Here in the Midlands it's been Yuk! weather. Cold and depressingly dark and dismal - roll on Summer. We were promised a lovely day today so altered plans accordingly - Grrrr!
//It's been a lovely day down here in NW Leicestershire. //
Mazie! You are only a few miles away from me! What happened to the sun - did I blink and miss it? Just can't believe that! It's been awful, no sun at all. We must live under a permanent cloud in our town!
I would have loved to have seen the Northern Lights but alas we had fog :(
I'm sorry to hear you weather has been miserable Ann, I do hope it improves soon.
Sounds good DT, I haven't been for afternoon tea for ages, guess it's something me and OH could do sometime :) Enjoy your pork :)
