Does that phrase sound right? Joy of it/joy with it, are both OK?

the phrase is "I wish you joy of it" but it tends to be used as sarcasm

Not to good on grammar but I thought joy of it would be some thing you can't own like a sunset/rise, joy with would be a gift for you, if you can understand that :)
