For the contract - No I dont think you do send in the original quote and a cheque and say as far as you are concerned this is the end of the matter. You have got all the docs you need, havent you ? not of the contract but of the land in dispute .... that is he hasnt kept any, against full payment ?

On purchase of my property, I have letter from solicitor confirming boundary as part of property & my responsibility. All passed by LR 45y ago.

Do I have to pay extra cost.....or will I be on Sherriffs are coming tv ;)
I would say not......but you might want to let a Solicitor actually cast his eye over the paperwork you have...just to confirm.
so if it was confirmed as yours 45 years ago, and you can prove it, surely the burden of proving its NOT yours should fall on the developer?

I called the survey costs but I dont agree extra charge.....nor the terms of felling the boundary to align with OrdSurvey map.

The developer began felling the boundary, police involved (me disturbing the peace) I filled the space from felling with old caravan & car. Environmental bods want my vehicles removed but I refuse as they are on hard standing developer comandeered & made from boundary.

Will all you lovely abers bring your caravans over if developer fells more trees?

Got all docs back PP, thanx for reminding me.
so basically he hired someone else to do the job you hired him to do...? just because he had a gadget?
basically this guy has done nothing by the sounds of it.
i have one of these gadgets, they are not expensive, and simple to use, and there is no reason he would have needed another person to use it.
he is trying it on by the sounds of it, just hoping you will just pay
