591 Code On Laptop

Code 591 on my laptop,my printer will not work also,make of my laptop HP,any ideas

When?
When you boot it up (before Windows loads)?
When Windows has loaded but you've not opened any programs?
When you open a specific program?
Only when you try to print?

Does anything tell you what's generating that message?
(e.g: If, say, you've got a Canon printer, do you get 'Code 591' with a box that says something like 'Canon print error'?)

Does it actually say 'Code 591' or is it 'Error 591' or similar?

I get the code 591,my printer will scan,but it will not print,ie wireless printer,i am not very good with computers,ive put the original disc in ,but it gose through the motions ,but then 591 comes?
