We're thinking of getting a new kitchen professionally fitted. What pitfalls should we look out for? Does anyone have someone they'd recommend?

Yes, whatever you do, do not use MFI !! They've made my kitchen buying experience a four month long nightmare from start to finish.

Watch out for spiralling costs. What might start out as a new kitchen fit, might turn into a electric re-wire, new plumbling etc etc.
