Light classical, folk, country-rock, anything toe-tapping.
Dislike, any song containing the word "baby", when it is not a little tot they are referring to!

Choice changes on a regular basis though; current favourite is New Orleans Street Jazz, some amazing musicians (check out, say, Yes Ma'am on Youtube).

I like all sorts but mainly the 50's, 60's and 70's with a handful of 80's but not a lot after that. I like classical, country&western and spiritual music that lifts your mood.

i have always said that you can't appreciate music unless you listen to all types. i do agree that dance music and electronically altered music is a big cheat. i was at a birthday party where the "background" music was so repetitive that it became an annoyance.

I have eclectic tastes. This morning I have listed to Hardcore House music, EDM, some ballads and some acoustic. I also love Reggae, Soul, R&B, Trance, Glitch Hop, Dubstep, Classical, Two Tone, SKA, etc. There isn't much I won't listen to, except for country and western.
