Could we have a hobby/pastimes section. I want to ask a question about learning to draw or paint but don't have a clue where to put it.

Good Idea Hammerman, a while ago I was hunting for answers for a patchwork quilt question, but didn't know whether to put it in Home & Garden or How it works or just chatterbank.
Would like to see a hobbies section too please ed if possible?

Showing my age now... but does anyone remember "Learn to paint with Nancy Kaminsky". It was a tv prog a gazillion years ago and she painted in boxes/squares.

That's more like "arts and crafts" in your case isn't it Hammerman?

Hobbies is a bit broad and I;ve never really known why it exists as a category :)
