I use a kodak ESP C310 to print invoices etc for our small business. This morning i went to print an invoice as usual, pressed(an Excel Document) and it tells me the printer is spooling and does exactly nothing! No movement or anything. Its not given me an error code, so kodak help site is no use. Any ideas? Its definately on and I've scanned a document earlier which worked fine

Probably nothing here you haven't tried, but worth a look? -

........... also...... click "Start" , then put services.msc into the search box.

Scroll down and see if "printer spooler" is there.

If it is, right-click and select "restart"
Seems Kodak printers are all pretty ***. I bought a ESP C315 not too long ago and now cannot even switch it on. The website was worse than useless. After several emails to and fro they said I need a new power lead. The price they quoted for supplying one was £39.99 which is more than I paid for the printer and no, they won't supply it as its outside the 1 year guarantee. I could buy a new lead elsewhere but that might not cure the problem and Kodak were not willing to investigate the possibility the printer itself was faulty. Buy a new printer of a better brand is my advice.
