Freehold Question.

Some people got together and purchased the freehold to my building from the council just as I moved in approx 2 years ago. They have just set up a management company and are now charging more then double the amount of services charges I was previously charged by the council. This seems a bit unjust. So what I am asking really is can I do anything to challenge these charges.

are you getting double the services? Have they given you a breakdown of what's included?

I have requested a breakdown.
Services have got worse. We no longer have a caretaker and rubbish is being dumped by fly tippers and not being cleared on a regular basis.
