French sausage

Recentlywe went to Disney Paris, while we was there we stayed at one of the resort hotels, which (I think) had a Mexican theme.

At lunch they had the gorgeous sausage, it was kind of icy, and when you bit into it it was juicy. It is as thick as a Cumberland, but less than half the size ( think half a sausage)

Any help would be great fully received , I am so craving some :D

Not sure what you mean by 'icy' but it could have been 'merguez' if it was reddish in colour.
