I recall having a meal in her restaurant in central London during the early 70's.
Quite why John left her for Ono I have never been clear on.
RIP Cynthia.

She was only married to Lennon for five or six years and since their divorce has had two or three more failed marriages. It's true that she has made a few bob from being, albeit briefly, "Mrs John Lennon" (whom she would probably not have married had she not become pregnant) by writing biographies and so on. But if people are daft enough to pay good money for scribblings that are really of liitle interest other than to the people to who they refer, then good luck to her. Although I've never read them it could be that her books are somewhat akin to Beatles' music - popular but not very good !!!
