39 seconds was it? Now he has another 3 games less to play before he departs to the USA. He's always had a nasty streak and has got away with loads in his career, but a myth has grown around him. Stevie G? Stevie Me, more like. He was about to walk out on his so called beloved Liverpool a few years ago to take the Chelski dirty roubles until the pressure was put on him by local hoods.
Also, Skrtel should have seen red for a similar stamp at the end.

Sir.prize - didn't take you long to post again, considering I'm not worthy of further response.
Joeluke - very cheap shot! I think you'll find most of my football posts are anti thugs, divers, and cheats. Surely a good thing?
Are you a "closet Evertonian" perhaps.

Why does the team I support matter so much? Can't people get over this and just concentrate on the subject of the thread? Very small minded!
Liverpool always been a dirty club, fans and players
joeluke - you may well be right that dave is a Goon. He mistook my comment addressed to you as a pop at him.

Oh dear - he has also had a post removed. Wonder why!
Talbot:
'Btw
What about the Jones boy?
Very lucky to stay on the field!'

Although his challenge was high he did go for the ball. Unlike Gerrard who's was 'afters' with his stamp, not the same thing at all.

I'm sure the FA must look into the Skrtel one as well. Having just watched them again myself on MOTD2.
In the words of Oscar Wilde "Football is a game for gentlemen played by barbarians"
i am just a little peeved not so much that the wrong baggie got sent off, but his 89 secs record was surpassed by s.gerrard. 30 secs i think it was .
Nice one joeluke. But I see you got best answer. Haha
Can we just take a moment to reflect on the victory of Manchester United?
I'm sure Dave will like to do that ;-))
Another 'agree with me and get best answer' thread.

arksided, Jones should have been booked in the first half for his tackle on Lallana.

I know davetuc is a gooner, wich is really why I was asking why he thinks he has the authority to say who is and isn't a Liverpool legend.

Ps.
Arsenal are looking like the best team in the prem on current form.

I respect Gerrard as a player, however I agree he may have apologized to Herrera but surly it would have been known if he had.
You only have to look at the players who returned to Anfield for the charity game last week to see how well Steven Gerrard is thought of.
