I have my Diabetic DAFNE clinic appointment tomorrow and I'm quite looking forward to going. No idea why. I'm just hoping it's not arm bloods tomorrow that will put me off my day. Hoping for small weight loss but I'm curious as to my hbA1c - it could be up down or remain the same. I'm also taking bets on what my BP will be - it's always sky high!

Hi Booldawg, my sugars range from about 4-11 at present. Are you a type one or two?

type 2.....don't think it will be long before I'm injecting though. On 3 x metformin and 1 x glicazide a day.

I do Dee, since doing DAFNE I always keep something I'm my bag. I'm doing my best to keep on top of my eyes. Have the eye hospital next week. I'll be about tomorrow and let you all know how I got on :)
