I Have Seen Some Motorway Site With These!

Done many thousands of motorway miles in my Employment as a HGV Driver & seen some carnage, been that the Caravan season is coming close I dread to see / hear of accident caused by inexperienced Caravan drivers, I don't know the present legislation regards Testing these Car / Caravan drivers but I think It is time full ability test, I'm not knocking all drivers of these "Artic's" but I think the time has come to have a competence test, what's your views?

I've seen it, laughed about it, but also seen the results of it as BOO's Link has shown, I've seen Children carried in the van whilst traveling ( Illegal in the UK) seen the unevenness of the load within the combination causing loss of control, seen the caravan come away from the car due to not been coupled correctly, no lights because the Electric Plug not attached, doors flying open in transit, Air vent's on the roof getting blown off causing other vehicles to swerve, you name it I've seen it 1ozzy, I've seen a few on the Bruce Highway when we were over there, anyway, we have sunshine here, na na lol

Enjoy the sunshine TWR, god knows you lot need it ;-).
Seen a lot of "van carnage" myself, not a pretty sight.
An elderly couple from the town I live in decide to travel, they managed 500kms before their vehicle and van became a write off.
So sad to see, but so many people do not realise what a difference weight and size makes.
