Do they need to be valid? Because i really don't want to pay �50 to renew it just for that, & alas i haven't passed my driving test yet, so that's out of the question. o_O

to my knowledge they dont need to be valid but don't think it would be much help if your passport piccie was taken when you were about 10 cos you might look a bit different!?

Yeah, i was like 15. I don't really remember, but surley the only thing that matters is your date of birth & the picture looking like you?

So you are over 25 now and still look under 18? Entirely up to the landlord or his agents whether they accept it or not.

you can get a photo id card that proves you are over 21 they only cost a couple of quid ,application forms can be picked up from most bookies usually in a dispenser near the fruit machines

Unfortunatley most pubs round my area only except a passport or full driving license.
