Hi , i transfered several hundred songs from windows media player to itunes thinking that having all my music in 1 place + deleting about 300 duplicate songs would give me more space on my harddrive . i actually have over 1GB less. any ideas pls ? 'cos i'm running seriously out of space

Try searching for them: start->find files and folders. in the filename box, type in "*.wma" (without the quotes). See if it finds any of your songs.

i have no idea how this happened as i emptied the recycle bin last night, just put a few more tracks in there . old 'Goon show' sketches actually . went to check what size they were & found God knows how many music files in there ( honestly they weren't there last night!) i'm trying not to think about it as my head hurts . anyway problem solved , thanks all for your time
