Do You Have A Good Neighbor Or A Bad One

Do you live in peace and have nice neighbors that are no bother or do you have a nuisance anti social neighbor and some one who has it in for you.What do you do to try and keep the peace if you have to.

We've always had good neighours where ever we've been though things got a bit iffy with one who had five cats,they were members of the "it's what cats do" brigade but that soon changed when we got got Max and they found out I was a member of the "Dogs chase cats" club.

Mostly okay, the only downer is the psycho beeatch from hell and her consort through the wall.
We were told about her when we moved in but everything was fine for months. I think she may have issues and episodes where she hears 'the voices'.
Even her daughters have bailed out.

My neighbors have been a godsend since my wife left last year. Lovely old couple who bring me round the odd meal, come over for a chat and cut the lawn when they can. Really heartening to see that community spirit is still alive in England.

I live on the first floor of a block with four flats. The man downstairs once accosted me and said he didn't care for the smell when I made curry. I pointed out that it was a rare event for me - about every 2 months and then commented that it was nothing compared with the foul stink from his wife's cigarette smoke that emerged every time the door of his flat opened. He expressed surprise that I could smell it!
