Does it relly annoy ne1 else wen peeps rite msgs like this especially wen they aint txtn. Not only does it make you look illiterate but it IS harder to to write like that. Talk properly, please!

It's one of my pet hates. It's hardly the most difficult thing in the world to write things out in full. To be honest, I find it much easier writing like this than I would trying to work out how to abbreviate all the words. There's one of my friends in particular whose texts it takes me about half an hour to decipher because it looks as though they're in some sort of code

Yea it's pretty annoying. I think it's just for people who aren't good at spelling so they spell it wrong purposely as if it doesn't matter. I find it harder to read text like that. If I don't understand then I'll just say "English?"

Yeh, I find it annoying too. I use text on my moby but for anything else its real type/writing. I think texting should apply soley to mobiles:--))

there is no excuse for text talk even on mobiles as most have predictive text which is even quicker.
