Please Help! I need to get my mitts on some back issues of teen girls' favourite - J17. Ebay hasn't been any help and the market has only got the previous month's edition! I need 5 old copies by Christmas. I'm not fussed what condition they're in - as long as they're readable.........it's for my dissertation! If any of you lovely people have got any, stick them on Ebay and I'll buy them off you! Many thanks......

Sorry i don't have any to offer you (was always more of a Bunty person) but have you tried your local charity shops? They always have a stack of old magazines going for little cash.
Have you tried J17 office for back numbers? I suppose it depends what the focus for your dissertation is but they may be of some help to you.failing that what about appealing to your local secondary school/s via an eye catching poster? Or your local radio station is usually a good place to ask for things that are unobtainabke anywhere else.
Old Magazines... look no further than your local NHS dentist they'll have loads of golden oldies (might all be readers digest tho)
