Bail Terms To Affect The Case?
Hi my ex partner beat me and ran me over a few months back. She was put on bail with no contact. Unfortunately this left me unable to see my son. Since then she has emailed and i replied so i was able to see our son. Will the case get thrown out? Also applied for full custody if will i still get full custody or will the break of bail get thrown in my face?
Thank you
Thank you

Yes the above two answers are quite correct. It is your ex-partner who is on bail, not you. It is she who is subject to bail conditions, not you. She should not have contacted you. If access to your son is required this needs to be put in place by the court.
There is no reason why her breaking her bail conditions should influence the outcome of the case. In fact, since she has broken her bail conditions she is fortunate not to have her bail withdrawn.
