I have just finished paying off a £2,000 bill - I paid at £100 a month.

Anybody know of an interest free way of paying another bill of £4,000.

thank you.

Can't help with money /it can you update us on Maxie if you have time.

:-)
No.......but I am sure we would all like to know if this exists.
?!?
Well; by borrowing it from a friend who doesn't want anything in return ?

I'm unsure what you are asking. You want free money ? I guess you could arrange a loan for a fixed time for a fixed payment, instead of interest: but that would just be an accountant's sleight of hand method. You still have to pay for the money you hired over the period.

thanks for your answers - no I hear my neighbour talking about % interest free credit card since I don't own a credit card I don't know what she is talking about.

Hi wolf63 - I still have little Maxie - he definitely was undernourished etc and no appetite. After much ado I think he has been brought up on human food. He adores the crust of bread etc. This morning I gave him a little scrambled egg and a bit of toast - he wolfed it down.

Lunch time - he tucked into a little dried dog food and wet food with some carrots and a wee bit of roast beef. I don't care what he eats as long as he does. His facial hair has got very long so he is for the groomers on Tuesday to get smartened up. He is a lovely wee dog.
He is eating good now and enjoys free walks in the park. He loves them so much. Thanks for asking Wolf63.
Just go to an ATM and get some free cash .

They all say ' Free Cash Widthdrawals'

^^^^ free walks in the park - LOL - I seem to be looking for free everything.

LOL at Bazile - that's a good idea - unfortunately they only dole £300 per day.
I don't own a credit card. But when I did mine was interest free if I remembered to pay the month's spend off in time. But whilst strictly it is credit, I didn't consider it so. It was just a small delay between getting the goods/service and paying the bill, and didn't seem the same as an official loan.

The moment some fool decided to try to charge an annual fee I closed my credit card account with them. If they wanted me to have one and use it then the incentive was on them to not dissuade me from having one.

So you were only hoping to save interest over a small time period between owing the £4k and paying it then ?
When you use a credit card you spend money and, at the end of the month, they send you a bill. If you don't pay all of the amount owing you are charged interest.
As an incentive, some credit cards will allow you to make no repayments (or maybe a minimum payment) for say 1 year without charging you any interest. That is what is meant by an interest-free credit card.

thank you Anne. We are doing good and I am feeling a great deal better.
Bazile - I think you're OK if you pay off he debt entirely before the year is up. I'm not sure as I've never got involved with them.
