If You Get Cold Called About Ppi ...
4 Answers
from any business telling you to pay them a fee (£495) that they 'hold' until they get you compensation, run a mile !!
These companies take the money and you will have a hard time getting it back, if ever.
Would you give a stranger in the street nearly 500 quid? Then why oh why do people do it when they are cold called ???
If you want to see if you have a PPI claim there are plenty of companies out there who will do it for about 30% of the compensation or you can do it yourself. Call your bank/lender and ask, some will guide through the process on the phone !

There is no need whatsoever to use any company, no matter how little they charge ! ! !
Contact your lender and tell them ( not ask them ) that you would like to make a complaint about PPI. Most of the proper ones will already have contacted YOU but for ones that haven't, just call them. They are honour bound to send you a claim form. You don't have to prove that you were mis sold...its up to them to prove that you weren't.
Almost every PPI that was sold in Britain was mis-sold, so its a whole cheaper for them to just put their hands up and admit it. I had £8500 from my bank, the Co-op in November 2013, and all I had to do was fill in a form in early summer of that year.
Please ignore all these shysters companies that contact you. You just don't need them and they will rip you off !
