Cannot Open E-Mails

I have not been able to open any of mye-mail for the last few days. whenI try to open the screen goes blank, and when try to send an e-mail machine tells e-mail address is invalid

Are you using a web-based email service (where you send and receive email via a website accessed from your web browser, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome) or a dedicated email client (such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird or Windows Live Mail)? Which email service do you use? (i.e. what comes after the @ symbol in your email address?). Are you using a computer or a mobile device (such as a tablet or phone)?
