And for the record, we are not 'talking wolf-whistlers here ...' we are talking the sustained intimidation of a young woman who felt sufficiently threatened to take her concerns to the police.

this matter was reported on "midlands today" last night, and the victim was interviewed at length. she didn't report the builders lightly, and only did so because this had been going on for some weeks, and their "attention" had recently escalated to the point that the men were leaving the site to stand in front of her, follow her, and generally intimidate.
